Over the past two years, we had worked with Forbes to enhance their 360 customer digital experience and branding presence across web, acquisition channels and their iOS app.

The challenge
Users were ready to invest—friction was the only thing in their way
Q.AI, backed by Forbes, came to us ahead of a major relaunch with a clear goal: remove friction and build trust across the user journey. Their MVP had strong fundamentals, but with multiple designers contributing, the experience lacked cohesion. We stepped in to audit the full product, identify drop-off points, and streamline every key flow—setting the stage for a seamless, scalable, and conversion-ready experience.

We aligned the brand, the product, and the promise — then removed everything in the way.
We started by talking to the people shaping Q.ai—from product to leadership—to uncover the brand’s core truth: making elite investment tools accessible to everyone. That insight led us to a bold brand narrative inspired by Prometheus—stealing fire from the gods to empower the masses.
Then we got to work. The mobile app needed clearer navigation, missing functionality, and a UX that met user expectations and compliance standards. We redesigned the experience around clarity and simplicity.
To support rapid iteration, we built a design system that unified product, web, and comms—giving teams a shared visual language. Finally, we redesigned the website as a high-converting acquisition engine, with each section tailored to its user intent.
